Job Summary

Regulatory and Land Services Analyst at Trans Mountain Calgary Head Office. Responsibilities include evaluating business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions; conducting process reviews, gap analyses, and requirements assessments; developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards; building and tracking project schedules and implementation plans; leveraging technology to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy; establishing QA/QC processes to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance; collaborating with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives; supporting department planning and ISLMS requirements; and preparing clear presentations for leadership. Qualifications include post-secondary education in a related field, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-influence capabilities, extensive information systems and reporting/tool development experience, familiarity with oil and gas, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to inclusive, collaborative work culture. Willingness to travel; applications may be submitted in English or French. Our in-office role requires presence at the Calgary Head Office with full-time schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic team environment
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and contributors to the success of department goals and objectives
  • Excellent information systems skills, technical skills and software skills
  • Experience in the development of reporting and tracking tools
  • Oil and gas industry experience will be considered an asset
  • Track record of delivering high-quality work, managing competing priorities, and supporting key business processes or operational functions
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and levels across the organization
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly, respectfully, and professionally
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to inclusive practices and a willingness to contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive workplace culture
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
