Job Summary
Oversee, develop, and ensure the accuracy, governance, and timely completion of TrueScripts Management Services' regulatory and compliance reporting requirements. Serve as a key subject matter expert to support regulatory obligations, compliance monitoring, audits, market conduct examinations, client requirements, and internal oversight. Partner closely with Compliance, Claims Administration, Operations, Clinical, Analytics, Finance, IT/Product, Client Success, and other stakeholders to ensure reporting is understood, sourced, calculated, validated, documented, and delivered on time. Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual work, strengthen data integrity, and create scalable reporting capabilities. This role operates within the Operations function to support the company's mission of lowering prescription drug spending while maintaining high standards of integrity and transparency.
