Job Summary
Regulatory Analyst I responsible for developing and maintaining cost of service studies and related financial models, analyzing revenue requirements, and supporting regulatory filings (exhibits, testimony, and information requests). Collaborates across Accounting, Business Planning, and Legal to ensure consistency in filings and produces financial and regulatory reports along with specialized analyses. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and familiarity with regulatory rules or utility operations are preferred.
