Job Summary
Support all regulatory activities for the Home & Outdoor product portfolio across the EMEAI region, including REACH/CLP/Food contact material regulations. Prepare and maintain EU Declarations of Compliance, review test reports, and manage labelling review and documentation for regulatory approvals. Collaborate with product development, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure category compliance. Participate in QMS maintenance per ISO 13485, conduct internal audits, and support notified body inspections and CAPA processes. Manage Middle East and Africa notifications and registrations while maintaining up-to-date regulatory dossiers. Full-time permanent role with hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) in Bussigny, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- University or engineering degree in Science or equivalent
- Ideally Minimum 2 years' experience in a regulatory affairs position in the required product category area
- Familiar with REACH/CLP/Food contact material regulations within the consumer industry in EMEA region
- Working knowledge of EN ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001 requirements
- Experience of the CE marking and CE compliance process for Food Contact Regulations or WEEE/REACH/RoHs/CLPs.
- Low Voltage Directive / EMC Directive / Cosmetic regulation
- MS Pack Office proficiency
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Authorized to work in Switzerland on a full-time basis
