Job Summary
Regulatory Affairs Manager focused on North American regulatory reporting across all business units, including packaging and chemical regulations, ensuring that the North American Professional Hygiene product assortment complies with applicable US and Canada regulations. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to evaluate local and regional requirements, performs reporting across relevant units, monitors regulatory changes, provides regulatory guidance to local partners, implements regulatory solutions in alignment with global stakeholders, supports labeling and claims development, and contributes to regulatory strategy and SOPs. Requires a university degree in technical, pharmaceutical or life sciences and 3-5 years of relevant experience; knowledge of FDA/FTC/state requirements and Health Canada; candidate preferred to reside in the Philadelphia area.
