Job Summary
Coordinate periodic examiner requests, track submission deadlines, and organize on-site regulatory examinations including logistics, scheduling, and document review sessions. Maintain and validate examination documentation, evidence repositories, and supporting records while tracking findings, observations, and corrective action plans. Prepare status reports for leadership, management reports, and compliance dashboards, serving as the primary point of contact for routine information requests from auditors and internal stakeholders. Develop exam management procedures, job aids, and process documentation; contribute to regulatory response packages and executive-level reporting materials. Collaborate with business units, risk management, legal, and privacy teams to strengthen compliance readiness and provide guidance on examination expectations.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree (4 year) from an accredited university /college
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial report and/or legal documents
- Ability to write simple-to-business correspondence, routine reports, and procedures
- Ability to respond in writing to customer complaints, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
- Must have good time management, communication, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- two to four years' experience in equivalent compliance position
- Comprehensive regulatory knowledge and expertise
- Four or more years of experience at OCC, FRB, FDIC, NCUA, etc. or internal audit experience
- PowerBI
