Job Summary
Regulatory Affairs Artwork Associate responsible for preparing packaging artwork (outer cartons, leaflets, inner/outer labels) in line with production specs, reviewing and coordinating artwork with Regulatory Affairs, New Products, and Export departments, and submitting artwork for regulatory review. Responsibilities include receiving and implementing scientific data into artwork designs, leading cross-functional discussions to approve artwork, preparing medical leaflets from approved Word files, developing internal forms and maintaining change history, coordinating with Supply Chain on packaging material codes, managing artwork management systems, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant design field, 3–5 years of pharmaceutical artwork/packaging experience, proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign, knowledge of SAP/Loftware-like systems, and strong English communication and project coordination skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
- 3 to 5 years practical experience in artwork and packaging design (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience and knowledge in artwork management systems like SAP, loftware or similar
- Good knowledge of regulations and artwork submission processes
- Strong language skills in English
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
