Job Summary
Regulatory Administration and Airworthiness Manager leads a team providing certification guidance for airplane programs; interfaces with program engineers and regulatory authorities (FAA/EASA) to coordinate certification strategies, ensure compliance, manage budgets/headcounts, and develop relationships with customers and stakeholders. The role is 100% onsite in Everett, WA, with some travel as needed, and involves collaborating across ITV, FAA/EASA-focused teams, and SoCal/Charleston geographic leads to align regulatory approaches. Requires leadership capability, strong regulatory knowledge, change management, and ability to work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to drive certification priorities and progress.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or other non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 2+ years of experience with regulatory requirements
- 2+ years of experience integrating cross functional teams
- 3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
