Job Summary
Regulatory Administration and Airworthiness Manager leads a Puget Sound team (ITV or FAA/EASA-focused) to provide certification guidance for airplane programs, interfacing with program engineers/leaders and domestic/international regulatory authorities. Responsible for coordinating certification strategies, communicating with the FAA and Civil Aviation Authorities, managing budgets/headcounts, and developing stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance and effective risk mitigation across the value stream. Requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of regulatory processes related to aircraft certification, with onsite work at Everett, WA and potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 2+ years of experience with regulatory requirements
- 2+ years of experience integrating cross functional teams
- 3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
- 1 year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
