Job Summary
Provide general and ongoing administrative, procedural, and organisational support to the Primary Market and AIM Regulation team on day-to-day matters. Maintain records, key data, and matter management filings in compliance with operational protocols and governance standards. Assist with the organisation and coordination of data to support the production of metrics, management information, and reporting for the team. Conduct factual research using open-source methodologies to produce summaries, chronologies, or reports based on senior briefs. Draft and manage routine communications, including the preparation of non-material written correspondence under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing work streams, and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Advanced MS Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and document creation expertise
- Strong literacy and numerical skills
- Clear and well-articulated written and spoken English
- Familiarity with MS Teams and Sharepoint based tools such as OneNote
- Ability to learn and use new resources such a Co-pilot
- Works well in teams and independently; demonstrates initiative and proactivity
- Willing to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities
- Maintains confidentiality, exercise tact and discretion at all times
- Shows tenacity, flexibility, and dedication to meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships at all levels
- Committed to completing tasks on time and to the required quality
- Appetite for hard work and readiness to meet role demands
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative and support role
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
