Job Summary
Assist the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department, including customer service, telephone inquiries, general housekeeping, operating the pharmacy computer, processing prescriptions, preparation of prescriptions, ordering/receiving drug orders, and managing pharmacy department inventory. The role supports professional activities such as Travel Medicine, INR monitoring, CDE, and Long term care within a fast-paced retail pharmacy team.
Required Qualifications
- Completed all required national and provincial Regulated Pharmacy Technician programs
- Passed exams for Regulated Pharmacy Technician
- Registration with the College of Pharmacists in the province of employment
