Job Summary
Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Lead by example by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and addressing concerns promptly. Train and coach staff on front-end principles, personalize the customer experience, and assign registers to support POS coverage needs. Ensure Associates execute tasks according to the store plan, adhere to labor laws and policies, and contribute to shrink reduction and safety goals. Requires one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $17.90 to $18.40 per hour.
Required Qualifications
