Job Summary
Regular Student Technical - IT role in the University of Central Oklahoma Office of Information Technology. Student worker provides customer service to the UCO community via phone, email, online portal, and in-person; duties include answering phones, troubleshooting computer-related issues, documenting incidents/requests, application support, pickup/delivery, imaging/setup of end user technology resources, and assisting with AV equipment, PowerPoint presentations, and/or computers for staff, faculty or students. Requires enrollment eligibility for FWSP (not required to fill the position) and strong communication skills in a fast-paced office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work across multiple areas throughout UCO campus as necessary.
- Experience working with Windows, Macintosh, iPhones, and Android devices.
