The ideal Salesperson excels in fashion and styling, drives in-store and digital sales, builds lasting customer relationships, and uses tools to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, assisting customers with style and fit, stocking and re-merchandising, handling price markdowns, light cleaning, and growing Nordstrom Rewards memberships. Must collaborate with the team to keep the department customer-ready, adapt to a flexible schedule based on business needs, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
