Regular & Seasonal Retail Sales - Mall of America

Salesperson role focusing on fashion styling, in-store and digital selling, set and achieve sales goals, build lasting customer relationships, and provide expert product knowledge. Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking and re-merchandising, price markdowns, light cleaning, and collaborating with the team to keep the department customer-ready; occasional cross-department duties and flexible scheduling are possible. Must have strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to meeting sales goals and using networking/technology to drive performance. Physical duties include continuous movement and lifting up to 25 pounds.
