Regsitered Nurse CVU FT PM

Administer bedside patient care in a hospital or inpatient/observation setting under the supervision of a preceptor, leader, and/or charge nurse. Assess patients' needs, develop individualized plans of care, and evaluate progress toward expected outcomes. Function as an advocate for patients and their families while documenting care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and consistent manner. Prioritize patient care in an ongoing manner in accordance with Evidence-Based Practice Standards of Care and delegate tasks appropriately to team members. Maintain current State of Alabama RN license, BLS/Healthcare Provider certification, and ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications as required for certain areas. Work full-time from 7p-7a every 3rd weekend at Baptist Health Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL.
