Job Summary
Attend to the medical needs of all patients by performing patient care activities within the scope of licensing, training, and credentialing. Participate in on-call duties and actively join meetings and committees. Practice medicine aligned with current national patient safety goals. Maintain a valid Georgia medical license, DEA certificate, and an M.D. or D.O. degree. Experience in outpatient practice is preferred. This role supports Emory Healthcare's commitment to patient safety and equitable care.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.)
- valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia
- valid DEA certificate without restriction
- computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Experience in outpatient medical practice
