Job Summary
Travel to client sites daily to support vehicle registration processing, auditing and verifying documents for DMV compliance. Respond to customer and internal inquiries with accuracy, communicating clearly regarding documentation errors and guiding resolution. Process new and used vehicle registrations efficiently while facilitating paperwork movement between clients and the DMV. Provide subject matter expertise on vehicle registration processes and assist the customer service team with special processing applications. Requires a valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and 1-2 years of experience in vehicle registration or customer service. Hourly pay of $24-$25.50 with full training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in vehicle registration, title processing, or customer service
- Valid California drivers license
