Job Summary
Facilitate patient flow from entry to destination while obtaining accurate financial and demographic records to ensure maximum reimbursement. Schedule appointments, interview patients for medical information, explain department policies, validate charges, and collect necessary payments. Answer incoming calls and direct patients and visitors appropriately. This role supports the Family and Internal Medicine Office in Bloomington, IN, requiring a high school diploma and proficiency in MS Office, with a preference for candidates familiar with ICD-10 and CPT coding.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
