Registration Rep- .8 FTE

Check-in, admissions, and registration of incoming patients in the hospital or ED setting via in-person, phone, or virtual channels. Verify patient demographics, collect insurance data, create accounts, obtain signatures, and provide required forms. Act as an ambassador while assisting patients with self-registration and collecting co-payments. Ensure patient safety through positive identification protocols and appropriate consents. May assist with presumptive eligibility or Medicaid applications. Requires physical mobility to walk to patients in the emergency department or hospital. Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and established productivity standards.
