Job Summary
Registration Processing Specialist I (Onsite) processes title transactions via the VITU Portal, audits paperwork against BMV policies, coordinates with dealerships to resolve errors and due dates, accesses and prints required customer paperwork, and provides phone and online chat support to clients. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, a clean driving record, and BMV/EVR knowledge; the incumbent may train others and work with limited supervision in Sacramento, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with BMV policies and procedures
- Experience with BMV documents for both new and used vehicles
- EVR program knowledge (E-filing)
- Knowledge of BMV regulations pertaining to title and registration processing
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to train others
- Able to effectively communicate with high level Executives
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
