Job Summary
The Registration Desk Specialist serves as the primary receptionist for the program, handling incoming calls and providing essential clerical and administrative support. This role ensures smooth front-office operations and supports various program functions. Key duties include answering telephones and triaging calls, welcoming and organizing the reception area, performing routine clerical tasks (typing, filing, copying, faxing), maintaining confidential filing systems, registering individuals and inputting data into computer systems, overseeing office equipment maintenance, ordering and stocking supplies, supporting billing and audit data collection, managing petty cash, and adhering to compliance standards (Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or office experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- High level of organization and accuracy
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
