Registration/CS

Process registrations by inputting, updating, and verifying player and coach information in the registration database. Troubleshoot basic registration errors and manage inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding fees and requirements. Welcome guests at the Team Registration desk, manage check-in lines, and provide facility directions when applicable. Handle customer requests with empathy and escalate complex issues to senior staff. This internship offers college credit for students and is part-time (15 hours weekly). MADE Hoops hosts over 100 annual basketball events across North America and maintains a robust commercial division.
