Job Summary
Junior Registration Authority (RA) role providing entry-level, on-site support as a Registration Authority for the DISA PKI program. Responsibilities include assisting RA personnel in creating NIPR/SIPR PKI tokens, interfacing with Trusted Agents for token requests, distribution and PIN unlocks, and ensuring RA operations align with DoD PKI CPS, RPS, and JSP processes. Strong emphasis on customer support, ability to issue NPE/user/admin/group/role certificates, support for revocation/suspension/restoration of certificates on unclassified/classified networks, third-party key recovery, and potential off-hours support for releases and outages. Preferred skills include excellent communication, adherence to policies, ability to convey information clearly, teamwork, initiative, problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic cross-organizational environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in Information Assurance / Cybersecurity
- 1-3 years' experience in technical positions focusing primarily on DoD or Federal PKI or PKE
- 1-3 years’ requirement identified can be concurrent and/or overlapping
- 0-1 years' experience as Registration Authority / Key Recovery Agent (RA/KRA) on NIPR and SIPR
