Registration Associate – Samaritan Hospital - FT Nights

Registration Associate responsible for outpatient and/or inpatient registration and insurance verification, collecting patient financial liability payments, and ensuring payer pre-certifications and referrals are in place. Provides patient-focused customer service, supports data analysis and reporting, works with multiple system applications, and adheres to Trinity Health policies and compliance guidelines. Role is entry-level PAR I with night shift; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA within one year of hire, plus at least one year of customer service experience. Medical terminology knowledge is a plus, and familiarity with insurance verification and benefits explanation is expected.
