Job Summary
Greet patients and visitors to Stormont Vail while registering them in a timely manner with demographic, insurance, and visit information. Complete check-in and admission functions, validate patient identity, and apply safety armbands. Assist with state documentation, answer department phones, and perform real-time eligibility insurance validation. Conduct financial discussions, provide patient estimates, collect payments, and correct system registration edits. Escort patients to treatment areas and complete various clerical duties as assigned. Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient and co-worker information.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1 year Experience in customer service
- Required Experience in a healthcare setting
- Third Shift (Nights – Less than 12 hours per shift)
- United States of America
- 40 hours per week

Desired Qualifications
