Job Summary
Greet patients and visitors while registering individuals for visits, collecting demographic and insurance data, and obtaining signatures on documents. Complete check-in and admission functions, validate patient identity with safety armbands, and assist with state documentation and database entry. Handle financial discussions, provide payment estimates, and perform real-time eligibility insurance validation. Answer department phones, transfer callers, and escort patients to treatment areas while correcting system edits and completing clerical duties. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all organizational policies and mandatory training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1 year Experience in customer service
- Required Experience in a healthcare setting
- Second Shift (Evenings - Less than 12 hours per shift)
- 40 Hours per week

Desired Qualifications
