Job Summary
The Registrar builds and schedules campus academic programs and maintains all student transcripts and records, verifies admissions documentation, creates and maintains course sections and student schedules, generates start date, enrollment, grade, and status reports, manages transfer credits and placement data, and serves as a back-up for essential duties. The role requires independent handling of scheduling tasks, audits, enrollment verification, graduation audits, new student orientation support, and general office duties, with collaboration across the Dean and other departments to ensure accurate, compliant student records and scheduling workflows.
