Job Summary
Registrar position overseeing financial operations for the Division's Extended Day Enrichment Program. Handles accounting functions (requesting purchase orders, balancing ledgers, and reporting), budgeting support, accounts receivable (billing agencies/individuals, deposits, postings, reconciliations), and management of the EDEP student information system/database (registration, billing, attendance, receivables, scholarships). Includes preparing financial statements and budgets for the Director/Coordinator, training staff on the EDEP system, and generating periodic reports for administrators. Requires strong bookkeeping knowledge, ability to work with minimal supervision, precise data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Full-time, non-exempt, 12-month role with duties involving interaction with clients and school division staff.
Required Qualifications
- Any combination of education and/or experience equivalent to graduation from a two-year college
