Job Summary
To ensure proper procedures are followed in the Marion Community Schools Guidance Department; organize standardized testing (ECA) and maintain students' academic records; keep graduates' records; prepare final transcripts and mail diplomas; process electronic transcripts via Parchment; assist the Guidance Office receptionist and enrollment tasks; maintain confidential records and adhere to policies; requires a high school diploma and proficiency in Office Suite; preferred familiarity with Student Information System and educational database software.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED / HSED, or equivalent
- Technology Skills Required: Office Suite (Advanced Word, Advanced Excel)
- Preferred - Student Information System, GroupWise and other educational database software
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
