Job Summary
Registrar/Data Manager responsible for maintaining data management programs, entering data on students, staff, scheduling and other information; processing enrollment and withdrawals and related paperwork; assisting parents/guardians with registration materials; generating and distributing reports (student progress, attendance, discipline, etc.); supporting school administrators with data interpretation and analysis; collaborating with central office to meet local/state/federal reporting requirements; ensuring data security and confidentiality; following board policies and proper data formats; attending required training; performing duties to promote positive public relations and fulfilling other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures and business machines
- Typing proficiency – 30 words per minute
- Computer experience in data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, email and Windows XP
- Good organizational skills
- Good phone and public relations skills
- Visual acuity
