Maintain accurate inventory logs, condition reports, and Sage X3 records, participating in bi-annual inventories to keep stock discrepancies below 2%. Act as the operational link between logistics, production, sales, and gallery teams to streamline processes and optimize standard operating procedures. Handle end-to-end art fair logistics and luxury-standard HNWI client installations, contributing to carbon footprint tracking and monthly budget reviews.
