Job Summary
Provide client service support to multiple Financial Advisors by educating clients on bank offerings, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in client materials, and following up on all requests. Align practices with bank policies to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and incorporate banking into day-to-day activities. Cover roles during absences or seasonal increases, acting as the primary point of contact to address all service needs with a client-first mindset. This role requires current FINRA Series 7, 6, and SIE licenses and involves working onsite in Fairfield, CT, with a 37.5-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66)
- Possesses advanced industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products
- Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on results
- Demonstrates a client-centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client
- Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
