Job Summary
Answer phones, maintain patient flow, and act as a liaison between doctors, clients, and patients. Obtain client information for medical records, send messages, and keep consistent contact with in-hospital team members via chat or phone. Assist care coordinators, perform daily callbacks, and support all healthcare team members as needed. Maintain composure in high-stress situations while providing compassionate care. Requires an active California RVT license, two years of experience, and ability to relocate to Palm Desert, CA. Includes four 10-hour weekly shifts with one weekend day, some holidays, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k match, and generous CE allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with an active California license
