Job Summary
Registered Veterinary Technician — Cardiology at a 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital in Sacramento. Provides advanced nursing care to cardiology inpatients and outpatients, administers medications and fluids, assists with and monitors advanced diagnostic procedures (echocardiograms, ECG, radiography, CT imaging), supports anesthetic procedures for cardiology-related diagnostics, collects/labs, operates monitoring equipment, and delivers client education on cardiac disease management and discharge care. Collaborates with cardiologists and specialty teams in a fast-paced environment; requires strong anesthesia, pharmacology, patient monitoring, and communication skills; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Schedule: full-time, 4/10 shifts Monday–Thursday. Required Qualifications
