Job Summary
Assist with surgeries and anaesthesia, perform ultrasounds and x-rays, conduct lab work, and deliver dental care and inpatient treatment. Manage client communication, triage cases via the emergency line, and handle medication, follow-up consults, and blood result reporting under veterinary instruction. Work four days Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm, plus a Saturday morning rota from 8:30 am to 12 pm. Join a close-knit team of vets and support staff within a busy primary care practice offering clear progression pathways into senior nursing or leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS
- Experience working in clinical practice
- growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing
- Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS, English major preferred
