Job Summary
Conduct surgery admissions and discharges, manage anesthesias, and perform imaging and cardiology alongside specialists. Deliver critical care in the hospital and lead nurse consultations for the Healthy Pet Club and second vaccinations. Collaborate with veterinary surgeons to support clinical standards and patient care across medicine, surgery, and dentistry. Work a 40-hour, four-day week with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, including weekends and bank holidays on rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS
- Experience working in clinical practice
- growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing
- Strong communication skills
