Job Summary
Registered Veterinary Nurse on a part-time 10-month fixed-term contract at Holmefield Vets. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, and contribute to clinical standards and ongoing development of patient care. The role includes theatre work, inpatient care, consulting, and general nurse duties, with a 30-hour weekly schedule (Tuesday 8:30am–2:00pm, Wednesday 8:30am–7:00pm, Thursday 8:30am–6:00pm, Friday 8:30am–2:00pm), no weekends and no OOH. We require registration with the RCVS and experience in clinical practice, along with strong communication, good organisational skills, and a proactive learning mindset.
