Job Summary
Conduct CT and X-ray imaging procedures, administer contrast media, and perform image reconstruction while ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Prepare written documentation of procedures and maintain accurate patient records following assessments. Operate required imaging equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and organize workloads effectively within a team environment. Requires current CMRITO registration, recent contrast CT experience, and X-ray experience. Work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays including on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Current CMRITO registration
- Current CPR
- X-ray experience
- Contrast injection certification
- Cross sectional anatomy courses
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to organize work load effectively
- Physical ability to perform the expected job duties
- Ability to operate required equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
- Ability to travel and work between all Osler sites if required
