Job Summary
Perform ultrasound procedures at ProMedica's Toledo Hospital, assist the physician with ultrasound-guided procedures, educate patients about procedures, and train/evaluate new or student sonographers. Requires ARDMS registration and CPR certification. Per Diem role with variable shifts in the Ultrasound department at Toledo Hospital, ProMedica system.
Required Qualifications
- Must have attended an approved school of diagnostic ultrasound or have the equivalent experience accepted by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
- Must be registered as a diagnostic sonographer by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) and must maintain active registry status
- If not registered, must become registered within one year
- CPR certification
