Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. Perform procedures, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and administer prescribed medications while ensuring thorough documentation of care administration. Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating needs, and resolving them. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the medical condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology. Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following established nursing models.
