Job Summary
Registered Respiratory Therapists at Cleveland Clinic’s Twinsburg Family Health Center provide clinical care, evaluate, treat, and care for patients with respiratory disorders like asthma and COPD. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- 3-5 years of experience in a critical care setting
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Care
- Previous experience working in an expanded, multiskilled RT role (re: IV insertion, managing a POC lab, AMET team experience, etc.)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Neonatal Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certification
Additional Requirements
- Compliance with influenza prevention program
- Testing for controlled substances upon employment
