Job Summary
Provide high-quality respiratory care and therapy to residents on ventilators and oxygen through the night, including conducting ventilator checks, trach care, and administering bronchodilator therapies. Monitor and assess respiratory status regularly, responding quickly to emergencies, while maintaining and troubleshooting respiratory equipment. Partner with overnight nursing staff and on-call medical professionals to ensure seamless, around-the-clock care, and support new admissions by communicating overnight developments to the day team. Thoroughly document all care, treatments, and resident changes during your shift.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Active Ohio RRT license
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in respiratory care
