Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Days / Various Locations

Administer medication and implement respiratory care using the evaluate-and-treat process for complex, multiple problem-patient situations. Perform patient assessments, ventilator management, weaning, airway procedures, and arterial blood gas sampling while collaborating with the healthcare team on care plans. Educate patients and families, mentor new employees, and participate in staff development and performance improvement initiatives. Provide patient care with an understanding of population-specific needs and address biological, emotional, and psychosocial requirements. This Registered Respiratory Therapist II role requires an RRT credential, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, along with 0-2 years of critical care experience. Based in the United States, this position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,500.
