Job Summary
Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders across neonate, infant, toddler, school age, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities, including the supervision of respiratory care students. Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures, maintain patient records, and select, assemble, check, and operate equipment. Schedule 36 hours per week from 6:00pm to 6:30am. Qualified candidates receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- RRT- Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapist program
- Credentialed by the NBRC as a RRT
- CRT- Credentialed by the NBRC as a CRT
- Licensed by the State of Iowa as RCP
Desired Qualifications
- Health care experience within the last five years
- Proficient using computers
