Job Summary
Registered Respiratory Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders. Responsibilities include assisting physicians with bronchoscopy procedures, initiating and coordinating ventilator management, performing advanced airway care (tracheotomy, intubation, extubation), initiating and monitoring high-frequency ventilators, NICU surfactant delivery and related duties, nitric oxide delivery, and participation in department-specific functions with opportunities for career ladder progression; shift differentials apply for nights and weekends; sign-on and relocation bonuses available; EPIC charting system in use; certifications and education reimbursements offered.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy
- NBRC
- Respiratory Care Practitioner-NM
- BLS
- ACLS and/or PALS
