Registered Respiratory Therapist-PRN Nights

PRN Respiratory Therapist at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital. Provide direct patient care related to respiratory therapy including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within hospital guidelines. Demonstrates advanced clinical and critical care skills (e.g., ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, sleep lab, labor and delivery, cardiopulmonary and circulatory rehab) and serves as a resource to the healthcare team. Responsibilities include effective communication, education/training of staff and patients, documentation and handoff, and ongoing learning. Shifts: 6:00pm–6:30am, 3 shifts per 6-week period.
