Job Summary
Perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care according to physician's orders. Consult physicians on therapy effectiveness and act as an advanced resource for medical and nursing staff regarding respiratory care. Execute duties as assigned. This PRN position is based at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO, with a schedule as needed. Candidates must hold an RCP license and RRT credential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Approved Respiratory Care program
- Meets state licensure requirements
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- PRN (As Needed) schedule availability
