Job Summary
Perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care according to physician's orders. Consult physicians on therapy effectiveness and act as an advanced resource person for medical staff on respiratory care. Execute duties as assigned. This PRN role at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO requires an RCP license, current RRT credential, and an approved Respiratory Care program graduate degree.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Approved Respiratory Care program
- Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- PRN (As Needed) schedule availability
