Job Summary
Perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care according to physician's orders. Consult physicians on therapy effectiveness and act as an advanced resource for the medical and nursing teams on respiratory issues. Execute duties as assigned within the PRN schedule at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO. Requires current RCP license and RRT credential from the NBRC.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Approved Respiratory Care program
- Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
